What is Wing foiling?
For wing foiling you need a wing, an inflatable sail that you hold in your hand and that generates propulsion and lift with the help of the wind. In addition, you need a surfboard with a hydrofoil on which you ride.

Wing foiling works already at low wind speeds. The wide, obstacle-free bay of Posada is one of the best wing foil spots in Sardinia and offers super safe conditions even for beginners.

Lessons For beginners
For our wing foil beginner lessons you don’t need any previous water sports experience. You will learn the correct handling of the equipment, the wing control, how to balance and stand up on the board and make your first attempts at riding and flying.

Advanced Lessons
In our advanced lessons you will bring your skills to the next level. Ideal for those who have already mastered the wing control, are confident on the foil board and can go upwind.
Whether you want to finally fly or learn maneuvers like the jibe or the tack, our instructors will customize the course content to your level.
