Stand Up Paddeling
Stand Up Paddeling, short SUP, has its roots in Hawaii and from there conquered the world in a very short time. No wonder, because anyone can learn it quickly and paddling carefree with the sun on your skin creates a sea of happiness.
You can rent Stand Up Paddle Boards in different sizes at our center.
In addition, you can learn in our 1,5 hour SUP course the correct standing position, different paddling techniques and maneuvers. A guided tour on the Rio Posada is included.
Kayak
Kayaking offers a lot of fun for young and old. The Rio Posada and its unique landscape are an easy paddling area.
You can rent both single and double kayaks from us. After a short briefing you can start paddling right behind the center.

Nido surf is located in the beautiful bay of Posada, between the towns of Budoni and La Caletta, about 35 minutes from Olbia airport. Turquoise shallow waters and local thermals make our spot one of the best in Sardinia.
