Find your passion for kiting, wing foiling, windsurfing or improve your skills on the turquoise sea of Sardinia with our team of top instructors. Michaela Süßbauer prepares you perfectly for your sessions on the water with morning yoga sessions directly on the white sandy beach. Mobility, fascia and stretching sessions after the course accelerate your recovery. Our Specials will guarantee moments you’ll talk about for a long time.
Programme
- 6 day kite, wing foil or windsurfing course (all levels)
- 6 morning yoga & mobility flow sessions to improve your performance on the water at the white sand beach
- Alternating core-flexibility/fascia sessions for recovery
- Free use of the centre’s SUPs and kayaks for tours on the Rio Posada

About Michaela Süßbauer
Motivation, power, temperament, joie de vivre and a beaming smile… these are the words that best describe Michaela. More than 20 years ago, Michi quit her job as an office clerk to turn her passion for sports and dance into a career. Since then, Michi has been inspiring participants in her group fitness classes and teaching them to enjoy movement as a personal trainer. Michi’s yoga sessions and her core flexibility and fascia sessions are a holistic experience for body & soul, after which you will feel refreshed and energized and the effects will last for a long time. Michi is also passionate about kiting and like us, she loves the feeling of freedom on the water.
